In the initial phase of a project we review existing “ideas” and / or documents

In one or several workshops we elaborate jointly with our client the goals of the project

Based on the results of the dialog with the client we draft a project-brief which is going to be reviewed, adjusted and fixed jointly with the client

Based on the project brief we develop a timeline for the project and define milestones along which the progress shall be monitored

Based on the project brief we define binding scope of works and advice our client about disciplines to be involved in the project. An interface matrix for the involved disciplines shall be developed in this stage

We advice our client about the budget and can provide detailed cost estimates if required

Alternative strategies of tender and construction process shall be discussed and evaluated in this stage

We provide support to our client on all related technical issues. We can also provide assistance on developing of project financing by our external experts on request
